Mobile Veterinary Bathing Station
Redesigned a Ford Transit-based vehicle into a mobile veterinary bathing station for a US client, including layout thinking, mechanical systems, manufacturable design, and practical workflow.

The Challenge
Transform a standard Ford Transit cargo van into a fully functional mobile veterinary bathing station. The client needed a self-contained unit with water systems, drainage, secure animal handling, and easy-to-clean surfaces — all within the tight space constraints of a commercial van.
The Approach
Started from the concept stage and worked by modifying the client's existing vehicle models. Modeled all mechanical systems in 3D CAD — including AC units, an elevator mechanism, water tanks, a control panel, and ventilation systems. Ran DFM and DFA analysis on every unit to reduce labor, cut material waste, and lower overall cost. Every component was documented with full technical drawings and BOMs before producing the final manufacturing package.
The Outcome
Delivered ready-to-manufacture files with complete BOMs and technical drawings. Parts were sourced and manufactured across multiple countries — some in Türkiye, some in China, and some in the USA — based on cost, capability, and lead time. The DFM/DFA-driven design reduced labor and waste, lowering both production cost and assembly time.
